• Administrators do not take any responsibility for problems associated with the game, server breakdowns or lags.
• You can play on the L2Eden server for free. Any donations are voluntary and they are not refundable.
• Administration do not give any items to the players, even if they were lost due to server failure.

Relation Player  ->  GM

• Show respect to the GMs. We sacrifice our free time to let you have fun on our server, the only thing we require is respect and culture.
• Any disrespect for the GMs will be rewarded with a ban.
• Any request for items or modification of character will be rewarded with a jail or ban (if the player will be really persistent)
• If you want to communicate with a GM, use Petition system, unless GM will allow to use PMs. Abusing PM to the GM, especially when they will be watching over Events or solving some bug problems may rewarded with a jail.
• Any requests to the GM for teleporting, transforming players not during event will may be rewarded with a ban.
• Any complains about GMs work send to Administrator (PM Steven on forum).
• It is highly forbidden to impersonate a GM. Using nickname similar to GMs nicknames is also Forbidden. Any incidents of breaking this rule will be rewarded with a ban for account of the player and all accounts proved to be involved.

Relations Player  ->  Player

• Show respect to other players. Using offensive language is forbidden. Should this rule will be broken you should report it including UNMODIFIED screenshot as a evidence.
• Both players will be banned or jailed by the server staff, in case of provocation, so try to avoid to provoke other players.

Trading

• It is forbidden to place shops next to Gatekeepers and other NPCs. Breaking this rule will result in getting into jail. If you break the rule repeatedly you will be banned.
• Scamming is forbidden.
• WTS/WTT/WTB only on +Trade channel. Using !shout for trade purposes is highly forbidden and will awarded with banchat or jail.
• Flooding on any chat, but especially in +Trade channel may result in chatban or jail.

Miscellaneous

• 3rd party software like bots, clickers or other programs which allow automate gameplay are strictly prohibited. We punish with Account Ban for using that software.
• Dualbox is allowed – for most of the time – 2 chars per live player – not per computer in house, Multibox is forbidden. Dualbox is not allowed during Events such as: Battle Arena, Olympiads. Breaking this rule will be punished with jail/ban.
• To avoid false charges of breaking previous rule by playing with more people from one static IP report it on the forum – PM Steven on forum.
• It is forbidden to use offensive nicknames and titles.
• It is forbidden to use offensive language at all.
• Any bugs found in the game should be reported in the forum immediately. Using these bugs is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will result in banning account.
• It is forbidden to luring mobs/Raid Bosses into cities. Who wants to be funny in this way, should consider getting into jail or be banned.
• We don’t allow selling chars/items.
• If leader of CH owning clan doesn’t log char for 30 days, CH auction is created.
• If arithmetical average from last login (in days) of all clan members is higher than 20, CH aucion is created.

BAN – in our meaning, total account blocade with all characters. We dont distinguish between permanent-ban and temporary-ban. For temporary punishments we use jail. L2Eden administration may terminate any other accounts that share the same email address, Internet Protocol address or have any other connection with the terminated Account.
